About

Equipment based workouts 1 hr per week for 4 weeks. Exercises can be preformed using any/all of the following equipment. If you have them all mix & match! Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells (various sizes). Body Weight is also acceptable we suggest an increase in repetitions (+ 4-6 reps) & decrease in tempo (slower rep pace) to gain a similar muscular activation.
